Q. How does it work?

A. Find the job you want that is listed by a Recruitment Agency. This only works with roles that are listed with a Recruitment Agency because they are paid a commission to fill the role. Payback Recruitment negotiates a percentage of that Agency's Fees and then splits that with you the candidate. Once you've found the job, bring it to Payback Recruitment and if you are suitable for the role we will put you forward.

Q. How do I get paid?

A. Payback Recruitment will pay you 50% of your reward when you start work and 50% after you complete probation. It will be paid into your nominated bank account.

Q. Why do I have to wait for the other 50%?

A. Payback Recruitment will have to refund their entire commission if you do not pass probation. We are taking a risk on placing you in the role so retain 50% of what we pay you until such time as we are no longer liable to replace or refund the commission on the role.

Q. What are the tax implications of receiving this commission?

A. You will receive the payment without GST/VAT and will be up to you and your accountant to work out how this will impact your income. Think of it as a rewards program, you are rewarded for using our services.
